The Amron International 8891-006 Torso Seal is a replacement to the standard neck seal for those patients who have difficulty wearing a neck seal or who have undergone tracheotomies.
The Amron International 8891-006 Torso Seal comprises a vinyl flange bonded to a flexible latex collar with an integrated O-ring. The vinyl flange is easily trimmed to the proper width and taped directly to the skin, providing an excellent seal without puckers or gaps. The latex collar mates directly to the Amron International 8891-001 Neck Ring for a leak free seal and maintains all the features of allowing a patient to recline, use the optional entertainment system and route the hoses to the most comfortable position for the patient.

FAQ's
1) The first is spraying Sanizide and letting the hood sit for 10 minutes.
2) The second is gas sterilization using the method below:
- Low - 4 hours at 100 degrees Fahrenheit with an aeration time of 36 hours
- High - 1 hour at 130 degrees Fahrenheit with an aeration time of 12 hours
