WARNING: Never expose gas sensors to pressure or you may cause damage and/or false readings. Damaged sensors will not provide accurate gas analysis. Most gas analyzers can be used to analyze a regulated gas sample flow, the contents of a gas cylinder, or the flow from a regulator. The flow rate of gas must equal 1-5 L/min. To produce this flow, a Flow Restrictor and Regulator may be required. A faulty Flow Restrictor can lead to a false analyzer reading. Flow Restrictors should be regularly tested with a Flow Meter. Inaccurate gas analysis can lead to serious personal injury or death. |
Designed for installation on a control panel or other flat surface, the Nuvair Pro O2 Remote Panel Mount Analyzer samples in-line oxygen when the analyzer is mounted a short distance from the gas source or area requiring analysis. Choose from four power options.
When oxygen analysis is required away from where a panel mounted analyzer is installed, the Nuvair Pro O2 Panel Mount Remote Analyzer is the answer. Designed for installation on a compressor control panel or other flat surface, the Nuvair Pro O2 Alarm panel mount remote analyzer measures oxygen levels in breathing gas mixtures or air. Audible and visual alarms for low and high oxygen content can be set by the user. If the alarm sounds, the analog output can activate an optional relay that shuts down compressors automatically, sounds a remote alarm, or activates an emergency backup system.
Its threaded oxygen sensor is ideal for in-line gas sampling or monitoring of contained spaces. The Nuvair panel mount remote oxygen analyzer is used in various industries including diving, inerting, welding, medical, and laboratories. Compatible with mixed gases like nitrox, heliox, and trimix. Four power options are available.
