The Amron International AHB-60602 3/8 in. x #6 JIC Hose Barb has proven to be the customer’s choice for a safer alternative to a reusable fitting. The brass barb is 2 in. long for maximum penetration into the hose and allows for enough room to install two or three stainless steel hose clamps for maximum safety. This item is manufactured by Amron to the highest quality standards.
The Amron AHB-60602 3/8 in. x #6 JIC Hose Barb is a brass, SAE J514 fitting with an 11/16 in. hex nut. It is intended to be used for 3/8 in. ID breathing hoses. The brass barb is 2 in. long for maximum penetration into the hose and allows enough room to install three Band-It JS2409 1/4 in. stainless steel band clamps.
