Amron Comm Assy Detachable AGA MK 20 Pre-Amp Mic & Bone Conducting Earphone

The Amron BP-44MM-03 is a fully submersible communications assembly for use with Interspiro AGA masks. This waterproof assembly consists of an Amron 1406-2 bone conducting transducer earphone, a detachable Amron AMCOM MK 20 pre-amplified microphone, and a 4-pin male RMG-4-MP umbilical connector.

The included AMCOM MK 20 pre-amplified microphone employs a state-of-the-art amplifier that provides smooth-sounding speech, a high degree of intelligibility, and built-in automatic gain control (AGC). The microphone is waterproof, corrosion proof, and floodable. It performs exceptionally well in both shallow and deep saturation dive applications, especially when used with Amron’s Inhalation Noise Reduction (INR) and Helium Speech Unscrambler (HSU) communicators. It is detachable and can be connected to the comm assembly with a waterproof right-angle amp connector.

The comm assembly earphone is an Amron 1406-2 submersible bone phone that’s a solid-molded, waterproof earphone containing a sensitive bone-conducting transducer that provides clear diver communications. It can be held in place behind your ear or on your temple with a diving hood or headband. When paired with an Amron communicator, this waterproof earphone offers superior sound quality and durability.

A 4-pin male RMG-4-MP Marsh Marine connector is provided for mating with the female RMG-4-FS connectors used on most umbilical communications cables. This is a neoprene molded connector with gold plated contacts and an 18 AWG SJOOW cable rated to 300 VDC.
