	FEATURES Noise cancelling design is particularly effective for use in noisy locations. Excellent sound clarity. Microphone housing is constructed of molded ABS plastic which will withstand the day-to-day abuse of hand-held mobile microphone applications. Low impedance Push-to-talk switch is located on the microphone housing. Color-coded banana plugs mate directly to the color-coded inputs of all Amcom™ communicators. Microphone includes a soft rubber lip guard which assures the user of correct microphone-to-mouth positioning. Specifications Microphone Housing Material: Molded ABS plastic 200 Ω NOTE Always speak closely into the microphone, with the edge of the lip guard just touching the upper lip. This is important because the noise-canceling feature accepts close sounds best and discriminates against sounds greater than 1/2 in. (12 mm) away.

The Amron International Model 2405NC-28 is a rugged Noise Cancelling Handheld Push-to-Talk Microphone that provides excellent sound clarity to the divers when used with the Amcom™ Diver Communicators. Two color-coded banana plugs mate directly to the color-coded inputs of all Amcom™ Communicators.

The 2405NC-28 Push-to-Talk Microphone contains a shock-mounted dynamic, differential type cartridge which discriminates and cancels distant sounds and noise in favor of voice inputs spoken close to the microphone. This noise-cancelling feature is particularly effective for use in noisy locations and the excellent voice response characteristics make it a great choice in quieter areas as well.
