Yates 576T SOCOM Adjustable PR Lanyard - Terra

• Intended for use as an adjustable-length personal retention lanyard.

• Designed to connect to users' harnesses and to fixed surfaces or helo rappel points via a unique aluminum snap hook or Ronstan 6200 quick release.

• Oversized quick-release shackle allows the user to easily release from the harness or belt in the event of an unplanned landing. 

• Swedged release pin (SOCOM requirement) eliminates the plunger pin from releasing in the event the retaining ring is broken.

• Quick-release shackle uses velcro to secure the release tab in place to lessen the chance of inadvertent release.

• Adjustable length using a daisy chain system and adjuster buckle that has a strength of 6 kN. 

• The unique design still allows for ultimate lanyard strength of 15 kN after the shock pack is fully deployed.

NOTE: The quick-release portion of the lanyard can be made to not quick-release by attaching a three-stage auto-locking carabiner to the base portion of the quick-release, as shown in the photo below.
