Material:

• Nylon outer / Butyl midply / Nylon inner
• Material weight 255 g/m2
• Smooth close knit exterior surface

Seams:

• Internal seams are chemically treated and then an uncured rubber tape is applied to the seams using heat and pressure
• External seams stitched together
• The suit is then placed inside a vulcanizer where the rubber tape becomes cured ito the material surface. This is known as "Vulca Seam".

Reinforcements:

• WRS material is inherently abrasion and puncture resistant.
• Shaped "Superfabric" knee pads featuring flexible ut and abrasion resistant guard plates fitted to the legs above and below the knees.
• Drain holes are fitted to the pads
