The SDA range is composed of a family of atmospheric analysis systems which are suitable for applications where continuous monitoring of atmospheres is required such as saturation diving and surface supplied diving systems. The SDA range is designed to be highly modular and flexible so that it can be easily integrated into custom atmospheric monitoring solutions. The core of each analyser is a compact monitor unit which provides the display and user interface for the system.

A full colour 3.5 in. TFT display gives clear reading and status information and is suitable for a wide range of lighting and mounting positions. The controls present quick and simple access to the most common system functions such as calibration and alarm adjustment, with more detailed setup and diagnostic information accessed through an easy to use menu system.

The SDA range uses a range of intelligent sensors which means that calibration and change-out intervals can be flagged on screen to assist with your maintenance schedule. The SDA offers a familiar and intuitive user interface and can be easily retrofitted into existing panels and racks or new installations. The RS485 communication ports on the rear of a monitor provide connections to a range of Analox gas and environmental sensors and peripherals.

These provide the flexibility to mount sensors and peripherals alongside the monitor or up to hundreds of metres away without affecting performance.

The SDA range is compliant with the type approval specifications from the major classification societies in the marine industry for both the general power distribution and bridge zones.

Analox’s comprehensive range of diving analyzers with options for: oxygen (O2), carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (CO), helium (He), Depth and Temperature and Humidity designed specifically for decompression chambers, diving bells and diver gas delivery. The SDA range was designed for gas detection with commercial diving in mind.

The monitor provides a full-color display of the oxygen (O2) reading taken from an electrochemical sensor. The alarm set points and calibration can be achieved using the front panel user interface. The SDA O2 provides audio/visual alarms, optional data-logging and 4-20mA/relay outputs. The monitor interfaces with Analox's state-of-the-art digital MEC sensor.

The SDA O2 oxygen monitor replaces the now obsolete Analox 1000 and is fully retrofittable as a direct replacement.

Maintaining a comfortable and safe chamber environment is vital to achieving a successful diving operation. The accuracies supplied by the SDA O2 are compliant with DNV, IMCA, Lloyds, ABS, and ADCi requirements/guidelines.

The SDA O2 is normally located in sat/dive control and the sensors can be either located at the panel or inside the chamber or diving bell.

Analox offers an optional flow panel to go alongside the SDA O2, which provides fine control after the sample has been reduced from the chamber. Both the SDA O2 and the optional flow panel can be provided as either rack or panel mount.

Its flexibility is what makes it such a good product as it can suit a wide range of requirements each customer may present. There are a multitude of sensors, alarms and strobes you can attach to one CDU (central display unit).
