NOTE: The 560-074 Bottom Ring attached to the fiberglass shells or bottom ring machined into the stainless steel shells must have the special recesses to accept the standoffs. Please refer to Bulletin # 12 of 2014 for more information. Part number 525-116 Front Standoff Kit can only be used with Kirby Morgan Helmets purchased after October 2014.

Kirby Morgan 525-116 Front Standoff Kit for Bottom Ring. This kit is for use with existing recesses only (no retrofit), unless the bottom of the helmet has recesses. The kit components include: two (2) 530-059 screws and two (2) 540-039 front standoffs. The two 540-039 front standoffs serve as front legs to help protect the swing catch assembly, sealed pulled pins and other components from damages if the helmet is set down too hard. The two 530-059 screws attach to each standoff.
