Formula-8® Paste Joint Sealer is approved for use in oxygen system below 257 °F (125 °C). Ideal for oxygen, air, and fuel lines. USDA approved for food processing areas.
Formula-8® overcomes several important disadvantages of thread sealing tapes. It cannot be accidentally dislodged-jamming valves or plugging orifices. Even the finest instrumentation threads can be effectively sealed.
The length of the thread is not a limiting factor, as the entire length can be sealed instead of a fraction of the total convolutions.
