Amron International, Inc. is hiring for experienced Mechanical Assemblers to perform mechanical assembly of air control systems and breathing apparatus, environmental control systems, panels, cases, hose assemblies, dry suits, and a wide variety of other mechanical products.

• Use written procedures and drawings to assemble, repair and test mechanical products.
• Perform mechanical assembly using hand tools, power tools and measuring devices.
• Achieve high quality standards by following documented quality procedures.
• Maintain a safe, clean and friendly work environment.

High school diploma, GED or equivalent.

3-5 years of Mechanical Assembly experience required.

• Requires working knowledge of hand tools, power tools and measuring devices.
• Ability to read written procedures and understand assembly diagrams.
• Basic reading, writing and math skills.
• Ability to work independently or with a team.
• Must be professional and perform high quality workmanship.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work quickly and efficiently.
• Basic working knowledge of computers.

• Climate-controlled work center with short periods in a warehouse environment.
• Work performed while sitting with occasional standing, walking, and bending.
• Daily use of common hand tools requires manual dexterity and high mechanical aptitude.
• Clear vision, aided or non-aided, required to see printed instructions and work.
• Warehouse is subject to warm and cool temperatures and occasional loud machinery.
• Limited exposure to noise, dust, odors and fumes.
• Requires occasional lifting of objects up to 50 lbs.
