Warranty Information

It is Amron’s policy to provide the finest quality products and the highest level of customer service at all times. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange an item in its original condition within 30 days of the receipt. Such returned goods are subject up to a 25% restocking fee.   Bulk and wholesale orders, special order items, and closeout items cannot be returned unless the items have manufacturing defects.

Amron Manufactured Products Warranties
Amron warrants that its manufactured products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service, as described in all literature covering the products for a period of 90 days from date of shipment. Amron’s obligations under this warranty are limited to the repair of, or replacement of materials at Amron’s opinion. This warranty shall not cover defects which are the result of misuse, negligence, accident, repair, or alterations.

Amron Distributed Products Warranties
On most items presented, Amron is acting solely as a distributor of products manufactured by other companies. Thus, Amron expressly limits its guarantees and warranties to those extended and allowed by the manufacturing company to be passed through to Amron’s customers. If you need a copy of the manufacturer's warranty for a product purchased from Amron International, please contact the manufacturer or visit their website for more information. In some cases, you may be able to access the warranty information from the product's detail page on www.amronintl.com.

Amron will, at its option, either replace the goods sold or refund the purchase price should a product defect be brought to our attention within 30 days after sale. After the applicable return period has expired, your item might still be eligible for exchange or repair under the manufacturer's warranty. To determine if your item is eligible for a warranty return, review the paperwork that came with the merchandise or contact the manufacturer.
