Used by the ERT Tactical Group, the Visual Identification Projector (VIP) is a 5 LED dual spectrum VIPIR has 2 Green and 3 IR LED's. The first function is a steady-on IR flashlight, the second is an IR Alpha Morse Code (3 beat-pause) flashlight, and the third is a steady-on Green.
