"P" BAIL
- The “P” Bail features a removable pin and clevis either threaded or held in place with a cotter pin. Designed to be used with a mating surface of 3/8 inch across for greatest strength.
"FR" BAIL
- The “FR” Bail features a larger flared ring bail that allows for extra attachments.
"S" BAIL
- Ronstan’s standard bail. The eye is compact and will swivel under load.
FIXED BAIL
- Use where twist is not a factor. An economical alternative to the swivel snap shackle.
"B" BAIL
- The “B” Bail has captive ball bearings in a closed swiveling bail to ensure that the bail swivels under high loads.

Ronstan Snap Shackles are made of investment cast 15.5 PH stainless steel for excellent corrosion resistance. All shackle hooks are X-rayed to insure there are no unseen casting flaws.
The patented hook portion of a trunnion Ronstan Snap Shackle moves from side to side and the bail portion swivels. This very tool is perfect for all applications where two-plan articulation is required for optimum lead. Trunnion Shackles are indicated in the chart with a (T).
