As more companies adhere to established industry-wide safety standards for the commercial diving industry, Amron has found more customers interested in becoming authorized repair facilities for our products and the products we distribute. Our repair technician courses will give you the knowledge and skills you need to repair and maintain Amron or AVOX BIBS masks to industry standards recommended by groups like the Association of Diving Contractors International (ADCI) and International Marine Contractors Association (IMCA).

Your instructor Joe Esparza has 20 years of experience in the commercial diving industry. As a former working diver, Joe understands the importance of servicing equipment properly because lives may depend on it. Joe is also a certified Kirby Morgan repair technician and the Amron Product Manager that was involved in the development of the 350M and 450M BIBS Mask.

Training is done at Amron’s facilities in beautiful northern San Diego county just minutes from the beach and Legoland. There are several good hotels nearby, including the Hyatt Place®, Marriot TownPlace Suites®, and if your family is going to Legoland, the LegoLand® Resort Hotel. Training takes place in Amron’s fully equipped repair facility so you’ll get plenty of hands on experience and the tools and equipment you’ll need. Get Amron Certified!

After completing your training you will receive a certificate of completion certifying your status as a repair technician. Your repair technician certification lasts for four years. As a certified technician, you will have access to Joe and Amron’s 35 years of experience in the commercial diving industry if you should have any questions in the future.
