The design of the Kirby Morgan 525-119 Head Cushion Upgrade Kit for SuperLite 27 Commercial Diving Helmet requires modification to the neck pad so that it won’t interfere with the securing of the head cushion into the helmet. The user requires access to at least a hack saw and a small hand-held grinder, or belt sander, for the job to be done correctly.
