The Kirby Morgan 510-786 Starboard Whisker Wing has been redesigned and enhanced and fully CE marked (whisker wings, P/N 510-786 starboard and 510-787 port) are shipping on all helmets and BandMasks with the exception of the KM-47 and KM-77. These new whisker wings are sold separately—no kit needed, if the unit is already equipped with Tri or Quad-Valve exhaust.
The new larger whiskers are advantageous as they act as bubble deflectors, moving the bubbles further from the face port and ears, improving visibility and decreasing internal noise. The material is the same as the previous whiskers that were on the Tri-Valve and Quad-Valve assemblies.
