The Analox 101D2 Portable Oxygen Analyzer is suitable for use with a deck decompression chamber and is ideal for use with small, portable air chambers. The unit is battery powered and provides a continuous digital display of the Oxygen concentration in the gas sample presented to the front surface of the sensor. This monitor is not designed to be located inside of a chamber but external to the chamber only.
Important note: The relay only functions when main power is connected, it does not function on battery power.

Product FAQ's
-
My reading is erratic, what is causing this?
Check to make sure the unit is not to close to a radio transmission. Also check that there is no condensation on the sensor. If this does not solve the issue then you may need a new sensor.
-
How long do the batteries last?
Approximately 1 month if used continually (subject to alarm activation).
-
My reading is alternating between a normal reading and “1888” – what does this mean?
Your batteries are running low – insert new batteries.
-
How do I calibrate the unit?
The calibration procedure is listed in section 4.0 of the user manual. However, one simple way to calibrate is as follows:
To zero check the unit, disconnect your sensor jack plug from the socket on the front panel, select the 0-19.99% range using the switch on the front and the reading should read 0.00 (+/-0.02). To span adjust the unit select the 0-100 range and expose the sensor to normal ambient atmosphere. When the reading is steady adjust the “CAL” control until you have a reading of 20.9. -
Can I replace the sensor myself?
Yes, this is a simple procedure detailed in the user manual.
-
My new oxygen cell is not reading 20.9% - what should I do?
You probably need to calibrate the unit as described in section 4.0 of the user manual.
-
How long should my sensor last?
Up to 3 years at normal temperature and pressure.
