How do I install the hose protector on my hose?
There are two ways to install the hose protector onto a SCUBA hose.
1.) You can place the hose protector in hot water for a couple of minutes. Once the vinyl has loosened, you should be able to slide the hose protector over the fitting on your SCUBA hose and onto your hose.
2.) You can also use a hose protector installation tool part number SA05. If you choose this method you will need to spray silicone on your tool and hose to allow the hose protector to easily slide from the hose protector tool to your hose.
