Customer Service Representative


Job Responsibilities:

Enters Web, GSA Advantage, DOD EMALL, and Amazon orders into ERP system (Navision)

Responds to general inquiry calls and e- mails from customers and forwards to the designated account manager as appropriate.

Keep Live Chat on website open as much as possible.

Keeps Amazon stock and pricing up to date

Write procedures and work instructions in accordance with ISO as they are assigned.

Coordinate returns and repairs as a backup to the Returns & Repairs Coordinator

Serve as back up for the receptionist

Checks the Sales Inbox periodically to ensure the emails are forwarded to the correct sales person in a reasonable amount of time.

Qualifications and Required Skills/Experience:

A high school diploma and a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a comparable position within a sales and/or marketing work environment.

Must possess a solid working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, Adobe, Photoshop, etc. All candidates will be given a computer skills assessment.

Demonstrated customer service skills are a must along with a very strong attention to detail.

Candidates must be able to communicate effectively (verbally and written) and must be capable of following written instructions and documented procedures.

Inside Sales Account Manager


Job Responsibilities:

Researches and analyzes sales opportunities by understanding the customer’s requirements, budgets, and buying habits.

Sells products by developing relationships with key company personnel via telephone and recommends products and service solutions to fill their needs and requirements.

Works proactively and professionally to ensure that the customer’s experience measures up to Amron’s customer service goals and promotes repeat business.

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by staying current on industry trends, new products, market activities, reviewing competitor’s strengths/weaknesses, and attending company product training sessions.

Promotes Amron Website and educates customers on its benefits and available tools to better meet their equipment and service requirements.

Qualifications and Required Skills/Experience:

A high school diploma plus 2-4 years inside sales experience in commercial diving, B2B sales/distribution for industrial products or similar markets is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or similar discipline and bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are preferred.

Strong PC skills and knowledge of MS applications is required with the ideal candidate possessing advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet.  All candidates will be given a computer skills assessment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be adept at managing multiple responsibilities, working independently, and capable of contributing to a positive team effort.

Web and Graphics Specialist


Job Responsibilities:

Design marketing materials including, but not limited to: emails, flyers, sell sheets, brochures, and trade show graphics. Coordinate printing requirements with vendors.

Maintain daily operations of the website including production of new product pages, updating existing pages, writing and/or revising new and existing website content and other related web site optimization projects. Responsible for quality assurance of content.

Create banners and other online marketing pieces for corporate website.

Optimize web pages in order to have search engine friendly and user friendly content.

Troubleshooting problem areas as required. Responsible for understanding Magento functionality/architecture (inclusive of database and code) to improve customer web experience.

Develop and adhere to Amron International brand style guideline for web and print.

Additional Responsibilities:

Coordinate, write and produce product and instructional videos
Product photo shoots
Provide graphics support to sales, product manager and customers
Document processes and create ISO procedures as needed
Write posts for Amron’s blogs on products, special deals and other activities

Qualifications and Required Skills/Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or other related discipline and 3+ years of experience working in graphic design, web marketing and web development capacity is required.

Must be proficient in MS Office applications, basic level Excel skills required.  All candidates will be given an Excel skills assessment.

Ability to design using the following software programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Dreamweaver, Acrobat, HTML and JavaScript. Demonstrated web and graphic design experience required. All candidates must present graphic/content portfolio in order to be considered for this position.  Experience with Magento platform architecture preferred. Experience creating videos using iMovie a plus.

Candidate must possess a high attention to detail, be self-motivated and demonstrate initiative. Advanced writing, grammar, spelling, editing and English skills with a creative flair.
