Customer Service Representative
Enters Web, GSA Advantage, DOD EMALL, and Amazon orders into ERP system (Navision)
Responds to general inquiry calls and e- mails from customers and forwards to the designated account manager as appropriate.
Keep Live Chat on website open as much as possible.
Keeps Amazon stock and pricing up to date
Write procedures and work instructions in accordance with ISO as they are assigned.
Coordinate returns and repairs as a backup to the Returns & Repairs Coordinator
Serve as back up for the receptionist
Checks the Sales Inbox periodically to ensure the emails are forwarded to the correct sales person in a reasonable amount of time.
Qualifications and Required Skills/Experience:
A high school diploma and a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a comparable position within a sales and/or marketing work environment.
Must possess a solid working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, Adobe, Photoshop, etc. All candidates will be given a computer skills assessment.
Demonstrated customer service skills are a must along with a very strong attention to detail.
Candidates must be able to communicate effectively (verbally and written) and must be capable of following written instructions and documented procedures.

Inside Sales Account Manager
Researches and analyzes sales opportunities by understanding the customer’s requirements, budgets, and buying habits.
Sells products by developing relationships with key company personnel via telephone and recommends products and service solutions to fill their needs and requirements.
Works proactively and professionally to ensure that the customer’s experience measures up to Amron’s customer service goals and promotes repeat business.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by staying current on industry trends, new products, market activities, reviewing competitor’s strengths/weaknesses, and attending company product training sessions.
Promotes Amron Website and educates customers on its benefits and available tools to better meet their equipment and service requirements.Qualifications and Required Skills/Experience:
A high school diploma plus 2-4 years inside sales experience in commercial diving, B2B sales/distribution for industrial products or similar markets is required. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or similar discipline and bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are preferred.
Strong PC skills and knowledge of MS applications is required with the ideal candidate possessing advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet. All candidates will be given a computer skills assessment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and must be adept at managing multiple responsibilities, working independently, and capable of contributing to a positive team effort.

Initiates, confirms, and expedites purchase orders.
Interfaces with all departments internally to ensure adequate communication of delivery concerns or delays.
Communicates new product information to the sales team and informs of discontinued product.
Manages supplier relations, negotiations and discusses defective or unacceptable goods or services with receiving inspection/quality control personnel and suppliers to help determine the root cause and works with the suppliers to obtain resolution of open issues.
Communicates with suppliers, both domestically and internationally, to obtain product and service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule and negotiates with vendors to arrive at best pricing via volume discounts, freight paid, etc…
Assists in reconciling purchase order, supplier invoice, and receipt discrepancies.
Updates vendor pricing (MSRP and Amron cost) via Excel dataports. Revises product descriptions/part numbers for accuracy and builds new items numbers for all vendor accounts.
Assists with inventory management to ensure correct stock levels are maintained at competitive landed costs. Provides input to ensure proper marketing efforts are obtained to turn stock and coordinates prompt returns of non-stock inventory.
Qualifications and Required Skills/Experience:
A High school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1-3 years of experience purchasing selected commodities within an ISO regulated distribution or manufacturing environment.
Must be a proficient user of MS Office suite with demonstrated knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook. All candidates will be given a computer skills assessment.
Ability to work with all levels of the organization (manufacturing, accounting, engineering, executive management, sales and marketing).
Highly developed organizational skills required with ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic purchasing environment. Must have experience managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Ideal candidate will have a high attention to detail, an eye for accuracy, along with excellent interpersonal, phone and communication skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Navision ERP a plus. General understanding of business procurement processes and contract law pertaining to FOB points also required.
