Debra Ritchie is the President of Amron International and has worked for the company for over 26 years, the last 9 years as President. Her prior endeavors include Operations, Sales and Accounting, and being a Certified Public Accountant with the State of California. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from California State University with a B.S. in Business and is currently enrolled in the Masters of Science Executive Leadership program at University of San Diego.

Debra Ritchie is an excellent example of a woman who has established herself in a government/military industry and has proven herself to be a strong business person. Submitted photos need to be in an original high resolution format suitable for print. Please include the person or organization's name to ensure proper credit is given. All submissions chosen for the final draft will receive an official Amron T-Shirt and copies of the calendar to distribute to their organization.
