<![CDATA[Avox Pressur-Vak II Face Seal – US Commerce Department Final Classification]]> http://www.amronintl.com/blog/Avox-Pressur-Vak-II-Face-Seal-US-Commerce-Department-Final-Classification/ July 14, 2014

SUBJECT: U.S. Commerce Department Final Classification of Avox Pressur-Vak II Face Seal

Dear Valued Amron Customer,

As you may have been aware, Amron was unable to export the Avox Pressur-Vak II BIBS Mask Assembly and the 803152-(SIZE) face seal after receiving an export classification letter from Avox Systems, Inc. in January, 2014. We are pleased to advise that we have finally received a final classification from the U.S. Commerce Department supporting Amron’s claim that the face seal should not carry an export restricted classification.

This process has taken much longer than we anticipated and we appreciate the inconvenience this supply interruption has caused you. Thank you for your patience while we worked through this very bureaucratic and time consuming process with the U.S. Commerce Department.

Because of Amron’s uncertainty of how the U.S. Commerce Department would rule with this product, Amron has been limiting the amount of inventory we’ve been carrying. Because of this, we expect to run out of available inventory very quickly so orders need to be placed quickly. Please note that it may be 5+ months before additional inventory will be available after we run out of inventory currently on hand.

Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact your Amron representative or me.

Best regards,

Michael Malone

VP Sales and Marketing
