The Atantic Signal MBITR/PRC148 Urban Tactical Bone Conduction Headset - Horizontal Frame is a one meter tactical bone conduction headset for thales PRC-148 Urban Portable Radio. Available in both vertical and horizontal stainless steel head frame models. Both models feature a one meter submersible, noise canceling microphone on an articulated boom for TX & low profile/slim line push-to-talk housing/switch with mil-spec alligator-style clip for mounting to LBE/MOLLE vest. Dual bone conductors provide RX through the facial bones leaving both ears free to hear danger in an operator's ambient environment and/or allow implementation of inert or electronic forms of hearing pro - granting an operator the option's flexibility of engaging and disengaging hearing pro at will - having no impact whatsoever on the ability to maintain RX and TX radio communications! 6 pin connector included. Dual comm systems and other radio model interfaces available upon request.
