The Amron International Commercial Diving Taped Umbilical is a 4 part umbilical that includes 3/8 in. 33HB Divers Hose, 1/4 in. Pneumo Hose, CC1 Communications Cable, and 1/2 in. Nylon Lifeline.

Does Amron’s taped and spiral umbilical come with a 90 day warranty?
No, umbilical’s and hoses are considered custom made equipment and are non-cancelable and non-returnable. However, all umbilical’s are pressure and continuity tested before they leave Amron meaning there are no manufacturer defects in the hose or the fittings/connectors that were put on.

How often should I pressure test my umbilical?
According to ADCI and IMCA you should pressure test your umbilical annually. Along with your annual pressure test, you should also consider preforming a pull-test on the fittings, thoroughly visually inspect each umbilical member, and clean the inside of the diver’s gas hose.
